Abstract
Se describe un método para la producción de un ánodo precursor para un capacitor electrolítico, que comprende los pasos de: a) formar un cuerpo de ánodo a partir de un metal anódico adecuado o aleación de metal; b) someter el cuerpo de ánodo a electro-oxidación, por lo que experimenta electrolisis en un electrolito de sal fundida bajo condiciones con el fin de remover algo de oxígeno no deseado del metal o aleación de metal; c) lavar el cuerpo de ánodo para remover el electrolito; y d) depositar una capa dieléctrica en el cuerpo de ánodo para formar el ánodo precursor. El método es particularmente adecuado para producir ánodos de tantalio porosos para capacitores electrolíticos sólidos.
