Abstract
La presente invencion se relaciona con el campo de anticuerpos terapeuticos. Especialmente, se relaciona con el estudio de anticuerpos terapeuticos en un animal de experimentacion. La presente invencion describe un metodo para detectar un anticuerpo terapeutico en una muestra adquirida a partir de un animal de experimentacion, que comprende los pasos de a) proporcionar la muestra que se va a analizar, b) incubar la muestra con un anticuerpo que se une a un anticuerpo terapeutico pero no se une a la inmunoglobulina del animal de experimentacion, c) opcionalmente, incubar la muestra con un reactivo apropiado para la deteccion selectiva del anticuerpo terapeutico total, activo o unido al antigeno d) correlacionar el complejo formado en (b) o (c) con respecto a la concentracion del anticuerpo terapeutico. Se utilizo un anticuerpo monoclonal con especificidad dirigida a cierto epitopo que esta presente en todas las clases de inmunoglobulina humana clase G, pero no en la inmunoglobulina de cualquier animal de experimentacion excepto en la IgG de chimpances. (MAB-M-R10Z8E9).
