Abstract
The invention relates to the field of construction, namely to a process for the obtaining of a composition for decorative coating of building elements and to a process for the application of coating, and can be used for the decorative finishing of walls, slopes, ceilings and other elements of the building.The process for the obtaining of a composition for decorative coating of building elements includes the preliminary preparation of the filler by crushing and selecting the fractions, preparation of the binder and subsequent mixing thereof with the filler. At the same time, as filler is used crushed glass with the fractions of 1.7...5.0 mm, which is washed and dried, and the binder is prepared by mixing of cement with a dry colorant, to which is added water with intensive agitation up to the state of a dense sour cream mass and polyvinyl-acetate glue.The process for the application of decorative coating includes cleaning of the surface, application of the primer and application of the composition for decorative coating, grading and polishing of the decorative coating surface. At the same time, it is used a primer containing quartz sand, it is applied the composition for decorative coating obtained according to the invention, which is maintained at the temperature of 5...25°C during 2...6 hours, then it is additionally treated the surface with 3...10% solution of hydrochloric acid during 5...15 min with subsequent washing thereof with water and maintenance of decorative coating during 8...10 hours from the moment of its application.
