Abstract
Inventia se refera la domeniul tehnologiilor informationale si poate fi utilizata pentru formarea marcajelor de identificare prin prelucrarea electrochimica a metalelor si crearea bazelor de date ale resurselor materiale solide, in special din material electroconductor. Procedeul de identificare a obiectului electroconductor include aplicarea pe obiect a unui marcaj de identificare, format dintr-un numar de identificare, o grila informationala de coordonate si o imagine individuala, obtinuta prin aplicarea curentului electric la obiect si la un electrod, instalat cu interstitiu deasupra lui si format din sectii, conectate la o sursa de energie electrica de tensiune joasa printr-un generator de numere aleatorii. Totodata in interstitiul dintre acestia se debiteaza un electrolit lichid. Marcajul obtinut se inregistreaza in memoria calculatorului, iar identificarea obiectului se realizeaza prin compararea marcajului de pe obiectul identificat cu cel inregistrat. Instalatia pentru aplicarea imaginii individuale pe obiectul electroconductor include un electrod (2), format din sectii (5) si instalat deasupra obiectului (3) cu interstitiu (1). Fiecare sectie (5) este unita cu cate un dispozitiv de deplasare a ei (8) si cu o sursa de energie electrica de tensiune joasa (6) printr-un generator de numere aleatorii (7). Instalatia mai include un sistem de pompare (9) a electrolitului lichid (4) in interstitiul (1) dintre electrod (2) si obiect (3), care este dotat cu un dispozitiv de reglare a debitului de electrolit (10), unit cu un bloc de control al consumului de electrolit (11) prin generatorul de numere aleatorii (7).The invention relates to the field of information technologies and can be used for the formation of identification markings by electrochemical processing of metals and the creation of databases of solid material resources, especially of electroconductive material. The process of identifying the electroconductive object includes the application on the object of an identification mark, consisting of an identification number, an informational grid of coordinates and an individual image, obtained by applying the electric current to the object and to an electrode, installed with interstitial overhead. and consisting of sections, connected to a low-voltage power source through a random number generator. At the same time, at the interstices, a liquid electrolyte is charged. The obtained marking is recorded in the memory of the computer, and the identification of the object is done by comparing the marking on the identified object with the registered one. The installation for applying the individual image on the electroconductive object includes an electrode (2), consisting of sections (5) and installed above the object (3) with interstitial (1). Each section (5) is joined by a device for moving it (8) and a source of low voltage electricity (6) through a random number generator (7). The installation also includes a pumping system (9) of the liquid electrolyte (4) in the gap (1) between the electrode (2) and the object (3), which is equipped with a device for regulating the electrolyte flow (10), coupled with an electrolyte consumption control block (11) through the random number generator (7).
