The invention relates to the transdermal therapeutics system for the application of the remedy onto the skin, consisting of an impenetrable covering layer for the active substance, a glucy tank layer, a depot layer, contacting with the tank layer, and if necessary, a detaching protecting layer, the tank layer containing from 70 to 90 weight percent of polymeric material, selected from the group of block copolymers on the basis of styrene and 1,3-dienes, polyisobutylene, polymers on the basis of acrylate and /or methacrylate and hydrogenated resin esters; after the preparation, the active substance depot contains from 45 to 60 weight % of physostigmine solution of 25-30 weight %.Drawings: 6
