Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, in particular to orthopedics and traumatology.Summary of the invention consists in carrying out the linear incision of the malacotic tissues in the clavicule defect region, mobilization of the clavicule fragments and resection of the cicatricial connective tissue from the defect region. Then there are resected the clavicule avascular ends and modeled in the form of pointed ends. Afterwards, there is applied a tube autograft, prepared from the fibula diaphysis and fixed with the help of a Kirschner needle, introduced through the clavicule lateral fragment, through the autograft's canal and the medial fragment, up to the cortical layer. The wound is sutured in layers and it is applied the plaster thoracicobrachial immobilization.
