DHL, what an embarrassing circus. Delivering a parcel to the correct address is apparently beyond your capabilities, but inventing contradictory excuses seems to work flawlessly. And then you simply ignore customers when the excuses run out. If you’re incapable of delivering, incapable of giving a straight answer, and apparently incapable of responding at all, don’t clutch your pearls over 1-star reviews. You earned them. Maybe spend less money polishing your Instagram image and more on becoming a functioning delivery company. 🤡
