UPS send you delay message in the morning every day without any solid explanation nor updated time of delivery. useless service. Update: called the customer service. some customer representative located in india or pakistan, somewhere outside of europe answered the call and saying it will be delivered "asap" which he has no idea when it will be delivered and can't even give me the location of parcel center for me to pick it up. waste of my time. utterly horrible service.
