Great customer service!
I bought a 'two player happy toy' for my partner and I, and Royal Mail managed to basically lose it. When I emailed the Sinful customer service to ask if they could chase it for me, they responded extremely quickly and genuinely. They sent out another immediately with extra tracking, and were amazing about the whole thing! Will definitely be ordering from again!
