They were running 2 hours late which was fine as I understand things happen although I paid for the installation of the fridge and the drivers arrived and asked to borrow a screwdriver then left without turning anything on, left the water connected off and said I need to turn on the water to the fridge, as soon as I did I found they had not installed the filter properly causing it to leak water all over my new kitchen and also found the water connection to the fridge was only finger tight and had no seal in it causing a second leak that I had to fix myself. Not a great experience considering I paid extra for the installation.
