Horrendous experience
The website and the app are absolutely horrendous to use. The whole online shopping experience is incredibly frustrating and makes something as simple as placing an order unnecessarily difficult.
You add items to your basket and then continue browsing for other products, only to find that some of the items you had already added have suddenly disappeared from your basket. The search bar is also extremely unreliable and only seems to work from time to time.
Even worse, if you add items to your basket and come back a few hours later to continue shopping, the items are often no longer saved and you have to start all over again.
For an online pharmacy, this is an extremely poor service. Even when you genuinely want to purchase products from this pharmacy, the website and app make it almost impossible to complete an order. The entire system desperately needs to be improved, particularly the basket and search functions.
A very disappointing and frustrating customer experience.
