I have had my red dragon keypad for about a year and have loved it. It started acting a little funky and some of my custom macros started not working right and when I try to modify them in the software it would give me an error and I couldn’t change any settings. Got ahold of support and they had my try a few things but ultimately ended up having me reflash the firmware on it. All the problems were gone and it worked perfectly again. Support was very helpful and very fast to respond i was very satisfied with the support team and love the product.
