First attempt, they tried to get into a completely different building that I do not reside in. Second attempt, they delivered my package in another completely different residential building two blocks from my home that clearly differs from my address in every way. I have the distinct impression they are not even operating on the baseline of basic common sense. They showed a picture of where my parcel was delivered, and I had to spend a whole hour making a fool of myself and hunting down the parcel, which thankfully I was able to retrieve in the end, but what if I wasn't able to? The parcel contains an expensive computer component replacement, which I would've had a hard time purchasing again, let alone gaining compensation, since INR cases on eBay are very much geared to siding with the seller due to tracking confirming delivery in the same postcode. Even a Royal Mail employee who I bumped into while I was out on my parcel hunt had a low opinion of DHL.
