Had an issue with a package and the customer service told me "it was end of their shift" it has to be a code they use to get off the phone because the same happened to my friend. Since when can we say this to the customers? Anyway, they hire people they do not do background check on because every package I get seems to be tampered with, also whoever does the route from Dallas to Houston is tempering and stealing packages to deliver to the 70777 zip code.
