Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Telephone lines have standard message, whenever you call, that you have reached outside of the standard working hours. Tried the chat option but the bot has no clue. Emails are not being responded to.
Simply trying to get an item returned as bought another model. Quick in delivering but not in taking the returned item back.
