Odido made a mistake and cancelled a subscribtion and debited my account for almost 185,00 Euro. Called to restore it and they said they corrected it but they never reimbursed. They just keep your money for payments of upcoming invoices.

So next to the fact that they do not care about the privacy of their clients, consdering the enormous flaw in their security, where thousands and thousands of customers bankaccountnumbers, Social Security Id's, passport information and addresses are leaked to the darkweb, they also don't care about fixing their f..k ups on financial errors.
