You always have to tell them to read the message carefully and answer every question. Unfortunately, most sellers don’t write much on their own, but of course there are exceptions — I also managed to find one who communicates well.

For anyone who has never ordered from China to Europe before, the whole process can be challenging. It’s not enough to find the right seller and the right product — after that, you still have to deal with the customs agency, which can be complicated.
