Scam and unprofessional service.
I ordered 3 bottles of wine and paid an extra 23 euros just for delivery, which is even higher than the price of a bottle itself.

​However, I received only 2 bottles instead of 3. After my complaint, they "assumed" that one bottle might have been broken on the way. Although the wines were packed into a box specifically designed for 2 bottles. What a "great" delivery service for 23 euros!

​As a result, they are ignoring my multiple emails and refusing to provide any refund or any kind of compensation.

​Be careful with this shop — they just steal your money, and you can forget about professional customer service here.
