we’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed, but we’d like to clarify a few points:
Your order was shipped on time from our side. Any delay in delivery is unfortunately caused by the shipping carrier, which is out of our control.
Regarding the “unsealed” box: Korean Pokémon displays are in most cases (around 90%) not factory sealed. This is completely normal and defined by the Pokémon Company itself. It does not mean the product was opened or tampered with.
We always ship our products exactly as we receive them from the manufacturer and do not alter them in any way.
We kindly ask you to take this into consideration.
