Overcharged for the pipe extension - bad service
I bought a washing machine at Saturn and they sent Nikos Transporte for the delivery. Especially one of the two men, had a terrible attitude. I didn't have the longer pipe for the machine to be joined to the wall, so they charged me 80 € for it... 80€ for a piece of plastic that was maybe tops 1 meter long. I had to agree to that ridiculous amount - you are cornered somehow.

leider können wir Ihre Beschwerde nicht nachvollziehen. Bei Ihnen wurde zusätzliches Material benötigt, welches nicht zum gebuchten Lieferpaket gehört.
Wir haben Ihnen vor der Installation die Kosten offengelegt, welche Sie auch bestätigten.
Selbstverständlich hätten Sie dem Kauf auch widersprechen können und natürlich wäre dann ein Anschluss des Gerätes nicht möglich gewesen.
