We are sorry to hear that you did not receive your order at the expected time. In your case, the delivery date was unfortunately postponed several times and eventually the order had to be cancelled.

In general, delays can never be ruled out completely, even though we try to provide delivery dates as accurately as possible. From errors in logistics to issues with the transport company or problems that can occur along the entire supply chain – all of these are possible, though fortunately only in a small number of cases. As we are aware of this, we always communicate a provisional delivery date. All information on availability and delivery times therefore does not constitute a binding or guaranteed shipping or delivery date, unless expressly stated as such in the shipping options of the respective product.
