I have dealt with the UK office a few times, and am a repeat customer. Delivery delays as reported are NOT their fault, but due to idiotic UK Customs SNAFU'S.
I bought a Mini14 stock, and received truly outstanding service from them. Gavin truly went above and beyond what I could have reasonably expected.
Every time I dealt with Brownell's UK has been great.
Don't blame them for the UK Customs bureaucracy mess, they are as much a victim as we are.
