Where to begin. Ordered over £100.00 worth of equine items. No reply to emails mt order was over 3 weeks late. No explanation other than they were experiencing dificulties in delivery. Then had a letter from customs telling me £79.00 to deliver or items which were at holding were to be sent back to horze. I had to cancel order there and then.
Then i had to phone their uk office london to cancel. Then had to wait a month for money to be refunded. The company are completely hopeless. I expect they wish me another good day, as thats what they're good at.
Dont order from them .

Thank you for your review, I am sorry you are unhappy with our service. No custom fees should be charged on our orders to the United Kingdom. I checked our files and could find no order within the last year from you.
