A view from down-under from a founding partner
I joined the JMT at the absolute start of the journey. There are many aspects of the system that have been of value -- treat the JMT as putting on the oxygen mask on yourself before you lead anybody else. We learnt as we grew. And often we were the guinea pigs for what was being developed.
To make the JMT even better, we need to teach people how to find their own voice and to empower people in the 'regions' (i.e. outside of the North Americas) to have a more localised representation with an ICM for their region.
