I ordered an awning for a motorhome and once it arrived panicked that I'd bought one that was far too large. (It arrived the day after ordering) I called and was directed to the manager (didn't catch his name) who I found to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The call ended with assurance that if I wasn't happy I could return the item and he would source me the smaller one that we discussed in the call. I can genuinely say I was delighted with the service and would be happy to use this company again and to recommend them to others.
