Easy to use especially payments and customer support team Alok

Debit card: They say no top-up charges...NOT TRUE. I topped up their card with USDT Tron and they want $5 each time. Is no card company on the up and up? They all seem shady.

Oh...and they email every transaction and value so every admin/server the email resides on (50 or more?), knows your business.

Excellent and quick customer in-app support, in my case from Alok and Luka, 24/7 through the Zypto app, the state-of-the-art crypto wallet app.

Good services to the core service team . Alok you are the best.

I'll buy example gift card from a store Playstation or XBOX have code "claim" in my Zypto wallet balance is easy. Can withdraw to my friend.

The customer service is excellent, patient and knowledgeable, however, the platform has a bit of a learning curve and without experience it may be a bit challenging to navigate

Horrible experience, long waiting for even small top ups, scandalous costumer support, with consecutive inconsistent lies, just to justify the incapability of solving the issue, they don`t care if you are in a bad position... Inconsistency in the lies, if I show the chat with the support is gonna become a meme... Right now that I am writing, I am waiting for a top up of less than 20$ for almost 4 hours... And it is not the first time. Let`s not talk about the fees... I don`t even know why I used this app. Beware guys, there are plenty of good solutions out there.

If you’re sick of “big branch energy”, boy are you in for a surprise. I signed up for zypto after constant push back on big banks for any/all crypto transactions. Their KYC was easy but what stood out to me was the insanely impressive customer service provided by their team. Shout out to Alok (and all the other kind folks I spoke to)- I don’t think yall are AI but if you are, it’s a dang good one.

I enjoyed their services because they were fast and smooth. I was able to use them to make a payment and used them to invest in Crop Mines. Honestly, I am glad because I invested $15,000 with Crop Mines, and within 10 days, I have made enough profits that are up to my initial capital. Kudos to them.

It was quick and easy. I asked Alok what it would take as an ratio exchange to pay $100.00 dollar electric bill and he provided me with a clear answer so I could gauge if it was worth paying a bill in crypto. Thanks Alok!
