I placed an order for the Kitsch Shine Boosting Smooth & Polish Brush in Terracotta on Sunday evening, and it arrived by Tuesday—such incredibly fast shipping!

When I opened my package, I found a handwritten note, which made the experience feel so personal, thoughtful, and welcoming. The product was also beautifully and securely wrapped, and it was obvious that a lot of care had gone into packaging my order.

The brush itself is excellent quality. It feels sturdy, glides through my hair effortlessly, and detangles knots without pulling or tugging on my fine, thin hair. I've also noticed that my hair looks smoother and less frizzy after brushing, while still maintaining its natural shine.

Overall, I'm extremely happy with both the product and the outstanding customer service. I highly recommend both this brush and Zulfees, and I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future, especially because they are a NZ brand :)

This is my 1st time buying from Zulfees and to be honest I don't usually write reviews but the service, items, quality, communication and extra customer service aspects have blown me away. I only ordered the items yesterday and the parcel is already here. The items are wrapped carefully in tissue paper with bubble wrap and care. There is a handwritten, personal note to me on the back if the invoice. The quality of the items is also excellent. Thank you Zulfees, I will shop again & refer to you. So good to see NZ businesses acting in such a professional way.

I was so thrilled to receive the lovely jigsaws. I started the round one and unfortunately had the glue a few pieces as the cardboard was split. It definitely will not stop me buying them.

They are so much easier to put in than the foam ones and they don't hurt your ear canal! Blocks out most sound but can still slightly hear if my partner starts talking to me although its muffled speak haha. The carry case for them could be a little larger as its a bit fidgety being so small. Overall very happy!!
