Vimeo did a deceReliable and easynt job overall
Vimeo did a decent job overall, no major complaints. Communication was clear and I always knew where my order stood. Would have liked a few more updates while the order was in transit. Pretty happy with the whole thing.

I made an order on August 21st of 2025…
I made an order on August 21st of 2025 with the understanding from the company website that my order would ship within 3-5 buisness days. I have recieved an email from Zimeo on August 26th stating that my "order is on the way" with a tracking number for UPS. However today is August 29th and when I try to track the shipment from the UPS website, they say that " UPS doesnt have possesion of the package and that they will update tracking as soon as they have it" This was supposed to be a birthday present for my wife on Sept. 1st and again its the 29th of August now and since three days now there has been no change in the status of the shipment. I have even written directly to customer service from Zimeo.de to enquire about the status of the shipment and alls I got was a message from Florian stating that there could be a possible delay in the status update from UPS. He could not even tell me specifically if they had even sent the package or if UPS actually picked up the package yet. I would not recommend purchaising from this company and I am currently requesting a refund from Zimeo.de So lets see what happens now. I dont want to report fraud to my bank but I will if I have too.
