Good day to whom it may concern
I had a very difficult time in the beginning to understand what the Process of Debt Review mean and what it could cause.
With Zero Debt I paid up all my accounts and all that big burden I've carried through the process, I finally understood the process and now I'm debt free.
I thank my debt counselor for the communication through the debt review Process and letting me know what to do or not to do.
I'm thankful for Zero Debt and their professionalism

Great services but they can do better
to be honest zero debt helped me a lot and really grateful to them for managing my debts, i would have rated them 5 stars but after finding out that my railway, nimble and mbd accounts had missed payments on credit bureaus like Experian that really broke my heart and even after disputing them it did not help. i mean how can i have missed payment while I'm under debt review it did not make sense but anyway i guess what's done is done. thank you zero debt.

Immense gratitude
Firstly, what was great was Willem. From the beginning of this journey to date, Willem has been an anchor in my life. There are not enough words to describe this amazing person who has held my hand through this terrible time. He is an asset to ZeroDebt but to me he is the person that kept me sane. Especially today, I was in a very bad headspace but Willem took control and put everything that needed to be done in place to reclaim my peace.
