Fabulous products and a great service
I'm never sure about ordering on line without seeing the product first but my gamble was paid off when I received 2 great pairs of shorts with fabulous designs.
The fit is great and the length just right - talking of which do you know what an inseam measurement is, I didn't...
Essentially it's the length of the inside leg length.
This translates to:
7" inseam = decent
5" inseam = fair
2" inseam = 1970's footballers short shorts 😂
The shorts are great with a good choice of designs, nice features, and a fit that matches the sizing.
I also have some older Zoot running shirts bought in-store which gave me the confidence to order more great kit from Zoot.

Very tight and difficult to get on
The colour and style is great. Problem is getting into it and the sizing. I usually were clothing between a small and medium and I had to get a large. The upper body section also has no stretch and getting it over my hips is incredibly difficult. Not quite happy about how difficult it is to get on, how tight it fits which makes it difficult to adjust to be in a comfortable position in it.

The first delivery was really good and with a company that offers flexible delivery locations (dhl). Second delivery was with DOD and that company doe not have a lot of flexibility an not handy delivery locations

Really bad quality and non-existing customer support
I ordered two trisuits in April. One of them was apparently not in stock anymore even though the website said so when I placed my order and they reached out and asked if I wanted anything else instead. I never heard back when I replied to that, but the other trisuit arrived as expected. Unfortunately, the quality of thar suit was way worse than I expected from a quite pricey brand. I have worn it for a few brick sessions (less than 10 hours in total) and it already has holes next to the chamois (not the seam, but the fabric). Of course there is some friction in that area when biking, but that should be accounted for. In my opinion, a trisuit cannot be a one race only type of thing( and in my case I didn't even make it to the race). I have both biking clothes and triwear from other brands that have no signs of wear even after 10+ years of usage, and they are also made for performance. Customer service does not reply, I sent an e-mail about this issue almost a week ago and have heard nothing. I am very disappointed and bummed to have spent a small fortune on a really lousy suit.

The quality of the tri suit is absurdly better than I expected. If you want to take the sport more seriously than zoot is a good choice.

Ongoing lack of customer service / returns issue
I returned items that were too big (made a separate order for the required sizes) labelled and type of postage as advised in returns instructions. Received an email from Zoot to say that they were too late to collect items and they had been returned back to me. The tracker service states attempted delivery, no one there and that a card had been left with instructions to collect parcel. The parcel is still in Germany waiting to be collected. I have sent pictures of mail status to Zoot in 7 emails and have had no reply or update. I sent this return parcel one month ago and still no refund or contact from Zoot

Hi Sally ! First of all : We are sorry for the troubles. But i believe you are blaming the wrong person and your 1-star review is not fair in my point of you. My colleague Michel sent you severall e-mails / replys to you e-mails and informed you about the situation. We did not get a card from DHL as you mentioned. Your parcel was stucked at German customs. Customs sent a physical letter to provide docs and as always the gave us a deadline to provide docs and collection. Unfortunatelly the deadline was already expired , when we got this letter. As Michel wrote to you , the parcel is already on the way back to you and you would need to ship again . Michel also mentioned that we will find a solution for the additional freight costs. Please make sure, that you follow our advise / manual for returns from NON-EU Countries,(Website) . The origininal invoice should be placed outside of the box , visible for the Customs and a quick note "Return of purchase". If the return is marked like that, there should be no problems with Customs.
As this case was simply not in our hands, i would appriciate , if you can correct your review.
