Just got my package today and the quality is so good. You can really tell they put a lot of care into making these pieces, the finish is super smooth and shiny. I've been cross-checking prices with other online shops for weeks and this place is by far the most affordable for this level of work. The delivery guy left the box out in the rain for a bit, but the packaging inside kept everything completely dry, thank goodness. Chatting with their support team before buying was also a breeze since they answered all my sizing questions. Will definitely order again.

I'm really impressed by how well-crafted these earrings are. They have a nice shine and don't feel cheap or flimsy at all. Prices are super reasonable too—I've seen similar designs online for way more money. The shipping was really fast, it got to my house a day earlier than estimated. The box was slightly squished on one corner from transit, but the earrings were perfectly secure inside. I had reached out to support before ordering to ask about materials and they were incredibly helpful and quick to reply. Will be ordering more.

Terrible service and very poor quality jewelry.

My sister recommended this shop to me and she wasn't wrong. The jewelry looks gorgeous in person and feels really well-made, not like that cheap stuff that turns your skin green. Price-wise, it's a total steal compared to what you'd pay at a mall boutique. It took an extra day to ship out because they were swamped with orders, but it still arrived pretty quickly overall. I had emailed them to check on the delay and the support rep was incredibly sweet and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back for more.

Customer Service was outstanding. All of my questions were answered promptly and responsively. Personal touch with handwritten note for my gift was lovely. The pendant is more beautiful in person than photos show. Thank you! We love our purchase!

I've bought several pieces from this company, but this 14k gold large paperclip bracelet has been a huge disappointment. It has broken four different times, always at one of the gold loops, and the longest it ever lasted after a repair was about four months.
I paid $124 to have Zoe Lev repair it once, and I've also paid three separate times to have a local jeweler solder it. Every single repair has failed.
I only wear this bracelet for about eight hours a day when I'm able to wear it. I don't sleep in it, shower in it, exercise in it, or wear it during any rough activities. I'm a therapist, so I spend most of my workday sitting with clients, with only occasional typing. I haven't even been able to wear it for the past seven months because it's been broken in two places.
After it broke again, a trusted local jeweler examined it under a microscope and showed me that the links are hollow and extremely thin. They explained that because of how it's made, repairs aren't likely to hold and it will continue to break.
I just wanted to share my experience so other customers can consider the durability before spending this kind of money.

I got the beaded charm bracelet as a gift and loved it so much i went back to get more! Anytime i wear their stuff, I get compliements! The beaded bracelet is my fave!

Bought name necklace for my daughter and it broke in two places the first time she wore it. Company wants me to send back to be repaired. Will not give me a refund because it is customized! If the quality is that poor how is repairing it going to improve the quality? Very disappointed!

I would have given NO stars for a review but wanted to be sure any future customers were aware that they offer NO customer service.

I recently purchased an initial necklace as a gift for someone and after it broke, I wanted to replace one of the letters. I sent back the necklace at my expense and instructed them to replace with the new letter. I paid full price for the new letter and shipping. Once I received the necklace with the new letter, I noticed they neglected to return my original letter. After several emails (THEY DO NOT OFFER CUSTOMER SERVICE BY PHONE) I was told I would have needed to let them know in advance that I wanted MY letter returned to me. As I assumed they would return it, I didn’t request in advance. After several back and forth emails with their customer service specialist, Emilye, their answer to the situation was SORRY. They refused to issue any credit and told me it was too late to get the letter returned back to me. Their response was belligerent and I have never heard of treatment like this.
I caution any prospective purchasers to be aware of their tactics.
Don’t take my word for it, check their BBB reviews. They aren’t very consumer friendly.

Item was so tiny you could not even see the design. Looked nothing like the photo. Found the exact same item elsewhere in larger with visable design for half the price.
Sent back the next day.
Between my return postage, the original postage and their restocking fee, my refund was the original price minus $45 on a $240 item. Will never ever shop here again.

I love the bracelets and they are exactly as described!

Large links were not what I would call large and three weeks later the bracelet was on sale $300 less than what I paid.

I purchased a necklace and the same day received a discounted from shop for $90. They wouldn't honour the discount. Before I received the item it went on sale on their website for the same price. Customer service doesn't return communication, I asked for a price adjustment.They don't answer their emails or chat. Horrific customer service. Would never recommend or buy again.

I have left 10 messages over last 6 weeks with no responses. I spent 3k on a diamond anklet that fell off after wearing 3x..fortunately at a hotel and a kind guest turned in. I'm scared to wear again and asking assistance with no response.
Now two days ago my tennis bracelet fell off and not recovered. I wear bracelets everyday and my others for years without problem. DO NOT buy

Very flimsy feeling

Exceptional experience. I've ordered and loved several small beaded bracelets and one that I got recently broke with minimal use. I emailed the company asking if they could restring it and I heard back very quickly from Emilye in customer service. She apologized for the experience and immediately had a new one sent to me. I was blown away. You don't find customer service like this anymore! I would highly recommend Zoe Lev and plan to order more jewelry from them.

I purchased a 14k gold X ring in January 2025, and after about a year of normal wear, the ring structurally collapsed. I contacted the company and initially was told it could not be repaired, then later offered a paid repair after inspection. They declined to replace or credit the item, citing final sale and timing. For the price point, I expected better durability and support.

It was easy to order, and my item arrived easily and quickly.

I ordered my personalised necklace and it is so small yoy can barely see the letters or the diamond on it. The chain is extrnely thin and doesn’t sit well positioned at all. I contacted support about it and they showed no sympathy and could not assist me. Poor customer service and poor product. RECOMMENDATION IS TO NOT ORDER FOR THEM RIP OF

I waited last minute to get my sister a bracelet for her birthday and needed it there by a certain date- with a $35 shipping fee they were able to expedite the process for me and it should be there in time for her birthday! I really appreciated this!
