Unfortunately, the product did not arrive because of a courier issue. When I contacted customer support, they responded quickly and went above and beyond to help resolve the situation. I have never experienced such caring and attentive customer service. As we are based in different countries, I decided to cancel the order for now, but I hope to try again next year.

Wonderful clothes, quick and friendly customer service!

The moment I saw the jacket I knew I wanted to buy it. The ordering process was easy, and included a short questionnaire to determine my size. The jacket was delivered within a few days and the jacket is more, better and prettier than I expected.

Just be careful when ordering clothes to the UK. I bought a jacket for over £135 but got clobbered for £65 import duty inc vat on top of an already expensive jacket. Am aware this is not Yahmo fault and they did refund when they finally received my returned jacket . Small print with regards this additional cost should be in large print but guess that does not help their sales to the Uk

Wonderful jacket. I love to wear it.

Ordered an M, big as an L and bulky in all the wrong places. No free exchange/returns as it states on the website. Paid 40 euro just to ship for the right size. S came today and the fit is horrible. To tight over the back and short in the arms. For this price of jackets its not worth it.
UPDATE : The company reached out and really went above and beyond to solve this issue. I have never seen such dedication to make a customer happy. Got my 40 euros back and the new jacket arrived today. Even if it was a little to much back and forth, I truly appreciate the effort. The new jacket fits perfectly. Still unclear how the first jacket could be so ill fitting but must be a production error. Big thanks to Johannes and the team.

Pants were ugly, extremely bad fit. When I wanted to return, they gave me a shipping label that I needed to print myself. E.g. was NOT possible to print at place for packet drop off. No free return.

My items didn't arrive, so I used the tracking service and discovered that I had to pay a further £106 in import duties. I actually wondered if this was some sort of a scam because I have never had this happen before. The clothes were already expensive and the price has now increased massively.

Really nice quality reversible jacket - that fits really well. So, I ordered a second jacket, but something went wrong with the delivery, but the customer service was amazing. Fixed the problem really quickly and super friendly!

I received the reversible bomber jacket. The material is beautiful! It’s so soft and is made with a very high-quality fabric. I have already got compliments on it. It’s so versatile as you can reverse from the black to the print option. I can pair it with so many things from my wardrobe. I’m very happy with my purchase! Would highly recommend 😊

My spouse and I have several items from YahMo - we were early adopters! Whenever we wear YahMo out, we get many, many favourable comments. We like that! Recently, I made a mistake on an order - the customer service people jumped through hoops to correct this before it was shipped. This has never happened with other vendors. Kudos to YahMo for this fix!

I really like my new jacket and wear it a lot. The fabric feels surprisingly good and it looks good with many outfits. I was between sizes and not sure which one to pick, but I used the size finder tool on their website and the recommended size fit really well.

Beautiful jacket. The quality is really good. Ordered 2 sizes because I was not sure the fitting size, and the return was also easy.
