Yoga When I Want Less Intensity
I found the gentler approach useful on days when a demanding workout wasn't what I needed. More guidance on selecting movements for different energy levels would be helpful.

My son is 6 years old and he gets aggressive over small things. A friend suggested this YogaPower ebook to me and i have been using it to train him in yoga.
The relaxation and mindfulness exercises fit nicely into my daily routine. I enjoy using the platform whenever I need a break.
I like the calming content on YogaPwr because it helps me relax after work. The guided sessions are simple and easy to follow.
I enjoy using Yogapwr. The content is useful and part of my daily routine.
A friend recommended this site to me for relaxation and peace of mind. I followed the practices, and it has been a life-changing experience.
The Standing Balance Flow session was challenging in a good way and encouraged better stability and body awareness. I enjoyed the practice, although a few more modifications for different skill levels would have been helpful.
I had been scammed by yogapwr.com. I wanted to download a document from a YouTube link. Cannot remember from which channel. It said you can download for 0 EUR. Thereafter I received a email on my Google to confirm a subscription. I immediately responded to the email to cancel the subscription. I received automatic answer and a support no. The next day they booked the amount from my bank account. Now I try to get the money from my bank. This is an aggressive scam.
05.05.2026 Update
Yogapwr.com has refunded me on my credit card. I have changed my rating from 1* to 3*. They seem to have accepted my cancellation by E-Mail on the same day. You have to react very quick.
As per all the other reviewers I have also been scammed by these fraudsters for a monthly subscription of £34.99.
I have not signed anything and have no idea who they are. They have obtained my bank account details somehow from my making another transaction (I believe it was when I was trying to make a donation via Just Giving).
My bank is currently refusing to to reimburse the money, saying that I have signed up for a regular payment (which I haven't).
I will report to Trading Standards tomorrow and will also write to the Banking Ombudsman about my bank's non-reply.
This is a really alarming scam. Tried to make a purchase on a completely different site using Google pay and then you get a pop up which you think is for your purchase but its this scam page. By the time you realise, the 1 day subscription trial then triggers and charges £34.99. Luckily I caught it but I can see so many have been caught out.
ANYONE HAVING THE SAME, REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS. The more reports the better.
These scamming thieves took 34.99 from my bank when I havent even set up a subscription or even visited they're website. Now investigating them for fraud through my bank. Fraudulent company cannot be trusted.
Thieves I have never been near their site yet taken a subscription payment
I fell into this "company's" predatory subscription trap. I was misled into a 'free trial' while trying to access a document. Sometimes you can download documents that are normally paid for, for free. Meaning you go to pay, but it's then discounted to £0. I should've known better. The next moment I get an email, not with my free document, but them saying I've subscribed to their yoga website 😡 I wasn't near their website, I was looking for something I was researching regarding mental health. Horrible crooks!
We had a similar experience to the previous reviewer, with money taken from our account without knowingly signing up to anything. Do not use.
Absolute scam. I have no knowledge of the subscription they have charged. I have a spinal disability and yoga is the last thing that I need a subscription for. Somehow these evil bastards get you to innocently use Google pay then the very next day they debit £35 for a monthly subscription.i hope they are proud that they took most of my weeks food budget from a disabled man with only meager benefit income.
