Company formation literally takes so many attempts to upload documents once the documents uploaded the csos that are working as a customer service representative on not submitting all of the information to the companies House they're not giving you any updates I've been waiting for over at least a month for my information now that I've received my company formation they are not telling the bank where my business bank account is that I've got a they're not even applied for it or they're telling me that they haven't applied for it or they have and the bank's not getting back to me this is really really irresponsible and not giving the customer the updates but taking the money there is a person on a representative called Al to have just spoken to and his response is very very disruptive and he's having a go at me for making the enquiry do not use companies formation as they are terrible I will never use this company again

You feel like you're writing to a stupid robot or a person without a brain. They can't verify the address on the document. It's the same but they say it's not because the region is in a different language. They also ask you pointlessly if they can use your name without a hook. The whole process takes a long time because they are unable to verify the documents. They also write on their website that the process is fast. This is not true. Even after providing several documents, they are unable to verify the address. Be careful of their terms and conditions where in case of non-verification they will not refund the entire amount of money! I do not recommend it. You are better off setting up a company yourself and buying a company registration for 150 gbp for a year. Huge disappointment, it really seems like a scam.

Company customer service has gone down hill since 2022
I had a very concerning experience with Your Company Formations. An unauthorised payment was taken from my card. This used to be a very reputable company but it seems to have gone down hill. I have been with them since 2022 but unfortunately, I’m changing to a different service provider.
When I contacted the company, I received contradictory explanations about what had happened. At one point I was told they were “not sure why” my card had been charged, and I was later told they could not locate the payment. They subsequently confirmed in writing that my card had been charged for an automatic renewal despite the current directors card being on their system.
I was also told over the phone that a refund would be issued. I later received an email stating that I would only be refunded once the actual director/owner of the company concerned made payment for the renewal. I found it completely unacceptable that the return of money taken from my card without my authorisation was being made conditional on somebody else making a payment.
To make matters worse, information about me and the disputed card payment was then sent to an email recipient that I did not recognise as the appropriate recipient.
The combination of the unauthorised payment, contradictory explanations, conditional refund and concerns over the handling of my personal information has completely undermined my confidence in this company.
I would advise customers to carefully monitor their renewal arrangements, stored payment details and personal information when using this service.
