Delivered malfunctioning Power Station - Service unbearable
I gave Xtorm a chance and ordered a Powerstation (Mini Power Station 200W Extreme Power). Big big mistake it seems. What I received was a device unable to get switched on. In my message to the customer service I described that you press power and nothing happens, no matter if plugged in or not. Isn't this annoying for the customer and cringy for the producer? But if the delivery of a malfunctioning device wasn't embarrassing enough, the so-called customer service did not comply to my wish to return it on cost of Xtorm but asked me to send a video first. And here is why I regret to have given Xtorm a chance: people warned about having received a malfunctioning device and being disgusted by this odyssey-practice by the customer service but it seemed too absurd to me to believe it. Does Xtorm know nothing about the meaning of quality control and customer relationship management? Should this not be called a rip-off and a customer un-service? I have no understanding for a company behaving inappropriate like if there were not plenty of other companies offering similar products. There is no reason left for me to buy ever again a product by Xtorm.
