My order still hasn’t been delivered
My order still hasn’t been delivered, despite payment being made three weeks ago. Communication from the company has been extremely poor, and I’ve been left with very little confidence that my purchase will actually arrive.
Based on my experience so far, I would not purchase from this company again and regret placing the order. I certainly couldn’t recommend them to others.

I would give negative stars.
I would give negative stars if possible.
Ordered motorcycle trousers, waited 2 weeks, the wrong item turned up.
It has been 2 months since I placed the order and still no refund, this is 2 weeks after the wrong items were returned and signed for.
Avoid like the plague,
This is a scam company.

very bad quality chair
I bought this chair: Camping chair XLMOTO. It is broken just by one use !!! So, althought it is quite cheap but I would never expect it can only be site for 1 hour!.

I dont get my money back on a broken intercom.
AVOID THIS COMPANY
I received a broken intercom from xlmoto, and used many hours trying to get it to work without sucess.
I had to get a replacement since they have long wait times on costumer support.
Now they refuse to give me money back and would only like to fix my problem. My current problem is having 2 intercoms where one does not work.
Insanely bad costumer service, based on norwegian law i am entitled to my money back, but they want to fight it.

Delays in shipping and no response from support
Order was scheduled to ship 3 days ago according to their ETA, and we get no response on emails or via their contact form online. I could not find a phone number to call either. I have also some questions regarding a return which I am also lacking a response to, and still yet no credit. The order was placed 9 days ago. A business that you cannot get a hold off is for me a big problem.
