Disappointing end to a 2-week stay – Felt nickel-and-dimed by the logistics
Our group of three families booked a comprehensive 2-week package trip through Ving, where they managed the hotel, flights, and transfers. We booked a total of three rooms for our stay. Everything went smoothly until our departure day, where the handling of our checkout felt incredibly unfair and greedy.
Our stay ended on July 5th with a standard checkout time of 11:00 AM. However, the return flight Ving scheduled for us doesn't leave until 01:30 AM the next morning, meaning our airport transfer bus isn't picking us up until 22:30 PM. To avoid sitting in the lobby for over 11 hours, we inquired about keeping our rooms longer.
We were told we had to pay an extra €80 per room just to stay until 18:00 PM. To make matters worse, when we explained that our transfer isn't until 22:30 PM and asked to extend past 18:00, the hotel just demanded even more money from us.
Paying €80 per room only to be kicked out four and a half hours before our pickup anyway feels like a complete cash grab. After bringing three families here for a full two weeks, being squeezed for every last Euro at the very end leaves a terrible aftertaste. When a company plans and sets up the flight times for a package holiday, the logistics should be coordinated without exploiting the customers on their final day.
In addition:
* Terrible beds (hard)
* right next to road , noise is heard 24/7 even inside in all rooms
To top it all the lady in the reception found it appropriate to scream to me how this was a global practice like i should not be having an opinion about it, she could not stay calm even though i was talking calmly explaining our situation with 3 familie and kids kicked out half a day before departure

Booked a F1 weekend first time in my life for my 40th birthday, Ving failed too book/send me the F1 pass also failed to send tickets for the buss between the hotel and race track. We got the money back at least but it ruined my 40th birtday present which I had been looking farward to for months.

Used Ving for white lagoon Bulgaria. Complete turist trap.. 13.000 extra for rotten food .
The wanted 6 lv for one tomato sauce.
Ving flights home go 01.30 and hotel wanted 1000 kr extra for six hour longer in the room with a child with special needs discraefull.
