I have sent all the documents several times, sent the card, sent the bill in pdf, I even sent an official government document proving that the account belongs to me and yet they never proceeded with t
I asked for 10 days to accept the documents and make a withdrawal and they always found an excuse not to accept them. I sent the official bank document in pdf and it was not accepted, the withdrawal never happened, I gambled and lost the money.

I’m currently experiencing a negative experience. My account has been fully verified yet my withdrawal keeps getting cancelled the first reason being my phone number was not verified but after verifying it and resubmitting the withdrawal three times it still keeps getting cancelled.
