Instant delivery” means instant payment, then hours of waiting
I bought two €100 PaysafeCard codes from VidaPlayer after already completing their identity checks.
First, they asked for a photo of my passport. I provided it. Then they asked for a selfie holding my passport. I provided that too.
Despite having all these documents, both new purchases were delayed again. One order was placed under review, while the other was confirmed but the code was not delivered.
Only after taking the money did they email me to say that their support team is unavailable between 2:00 AM and 9:00 AM CET.
This is not what most customers would understand by “instant delivery.” The payment is taken instantly, but the product may then wait for manual approval while nobody is working.
I also paid €108.56 for a €100 PaysafeCard, so the service is not cheap. For that fee, I expected fast delivery and a smoother process, especially after completing passport and selfie verification.
At the time of writing, I am still waiting for the codes.
I will update this review when the company either delivers both codes or refunds the payments.

Terrible customer service and website
gave me the wrong code in the wrong format then asked me for a full screenshot of entering code and code error and payment history I sent a literal video of me redeeming the code apparently it's still not good enough terrible customer service it's clearly not the right format according to riot games themselves then proceeds to make me redeem the code and send proof
