This the second time i order doesn’t work as before. The hair is not straight. Have of the hair straightened and have not . The first time i ordered was really good the formula was thick not like what i got is more then formula and not giving me same results i used to get . I have done my clients 2 times because of that .

Very disappointed with new product
Very disappointed with new product. I received my vittagold nanoplex order but new product is totally different then previous order and its very very thick even product doesn't come out easily. Color is also changed. Before it was purple but new product is lighter blue. Result is not good. I am using vittagold from long time but my new shipment disappointed me alot.i am not happy with new product. I am not gonna buy more from them .now hardly cover 4 or 5 people's hair but before product was liquidy and it was enough for 10 to 12 people's hair. They will lose their clients now.

I ordered a bottle of specialtyshampoo…
I ordered a bottle of specialty shampoo because my hairdresser stated this was the best for my hair. I ordered online from the company located in Brazil. It was $50. Well about 3 long, long, weeks later it Finally arrived and the delivery person rang my doorbell. As I answered it, he stated that there was a $60 charge for the Tariff fee.. so basically, this stupid bottle of shampoo would have cost me over $100.. of course I immediately refused to sign and said send it back. Fine no problem.. I contacted this company to advise them I sent it back and request a refund.. NEVER HAPPENED THEY NEVER GAVE ME A REFUND THEY KEPT THE MONEY. And their robot continuously asked me to reorder. Apparently they don't answer or see their emails and the crooks keep the money without providing the product.. TOTAL RIPOFFS.
