I want my money back!

I don't receive my package yet and there's no information whatsoever on the status of it.
I'm calling the number of the company +31 610965992 but it keeps saying that the number is not registered. And I'm reading here that in all the experiences Valornaa answers the same: We are sorry about this, we take your consideration to work better. And nothing else! This is a SCAM company!
