Relax termostat for central heating
I bought relax termostat for the central heating. It cost around 300 €. After it fell down from the table for the first time, it broke and Couldn’t repair. It is of very low quality (plastic). I had to buy another one and pay additional 300€! I claimed vaillant to pay me for their new junk termostat, did not get an answer. I’ll never buy something from vaillant again.
Extension: after I have written this review Vaillant contacted me through this webpage, as you can see bellow, and told me that I should come to them directly with an issue. I wrote them, and they did not replay. That is Vaillant. Total cheaters. They wrote this replay here just that other people would think that they solved my case. They did not. Guys, be careful, do not buy their products because they are not of good quality anymore. This is waste of money.
Extension: I have contacted croatian vaillant and they promised they will contact vaillant germany. After certain period I have received an answer that no one has ever gave a complaint on the quality of that product but me. I do not believe that when I see here how many people are not satissfied with the vaillant. Bunch of cheaters work here.

The worst deal of my life
The worst deal of my life. My new ecotec bought in July 2018 is just good enough to be sold for metal scrap cost, and not working since 31st December. Pump, heat exchanger, valves... everything to be replaced. Today I got advice from Vaillant to buy a complete new boiler because it would be less expensive probably. Useless to tell me to contact my helpcenter, because they do not help. The only answer they can do for me is "contact one of our verified service man". Result : no heating during winter with 3 small children at home for 3 months. When I saw "family company" on the webpage, it convinced me at the beginning to buy it, not anymore :-(
