Items ordered because it stated 2 days delivery. 9 days later the goods hadn't arrived. My car was in pieces awaiting parts for assembly. Slow to respond to contact. I won't buy from here again. No notification of goods dispatched. There is no reason why you should wait so long for a delivery.
I will shop elsewhere. I suggest you do too.

Delay on order shipping
I placed an order on March 31, and as of April 7 it still just says “waiting” with no updates.
The website says orders placed before 4 PM are shipped the next day, which wasn’t the case for me.
I did contact support and got a reply after two days saying it would be shipped “at the first opportunity,” and they mentioned Easter delays. I understand holidays can slow things down, but there were several days before Easter with no update at all.
Right now I still don’t know when (or if) my order will be shipped. A bit more communication would have helped a lot.
Not a great experience so far.

The custumer service is closed 24/7. I got my package 9 days later. I send e-mail and they only told me "we are sorry bla bla" I wanted a lambdasond that was not universal but when it arrived 9 days later it was universal!

Good service.
I ordered three parts for my car, a water pump, 2 anti-roll bar drop arms and a new cambelt. I cannot comment on the cambelt yet, whether it is the right fit or not as I have yet to fit it. However, the water pump and drop arms were of good quality, arrived very quickly, and to the correct address and the customer service was far superior to useless Autodoc or average Fuugo. Well done Vorto so far.

What can I say? Fantastic!! At a fraction of the cost I bought car parts that I would have paid 10 times the price for at my local physical car parts store. Extremely satisfied and I waited some weeks and collected the parts at my local service point. Smooth, good service and tracking of my order all the way. I recommend Vorto strongly!!

Impossible to contact customer service!
I wanted to return my order, which was sent too late and therefore lost it's purpose. But none of my 4 emails were answered, nor is it possible to get in touch by phone - the line is always unavailable! No one answered the messages when I tried online chat on the website either.
How can I return an item with my 14 days period and receive a refund?
