I highly recommend this company . I bought à Casio G-Shock mudmaster for my partner's birthday . It arrived promptly and beautifully gift wrapped. I even received a phone call from their shop in Cannes . It was a truly good experience. So good that my partner has ordered a casio G-shock (feminine) for my birthday too ! very excited about that !. My partner is thrilled with his gift .

Good service and great support

**Very poor communication, but eventually fully refunded**

I ordered a Seiko Prospex SNJ025P1 from Vogtime on 10 July 2026 for €452.75. The payment was charged to my card on 13 July.

Unfortunately, the watch was never shipped and I received no meaningful information about the status of my order. During the following month, I repeatedly tried to contact Vogtime by email, their website contact form, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram. My WhatsApp message was even read, but I still received no response regarding my paid order.

What made the situation particularly strange was that while I was still waiting for the watch, I received an automated email from Vogtime suggesting that I had already received my order and asking me to leave a review.

After more than 30 days without delivery or any meaningful communication, I formally cancelled the order and requested a full refund. Vogtime then processed the refund, and I can confirm that the full €452.75 has now been returned to my card.

I therefore appreciate that the refund was ultimately handled correctly. However, having a fully paid order outstanding for more than a month with virtually no communication from the retailer was a very disappointing experience.

Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about ordering online from Vogtime.

Seller never ship the merchandise, I purchased a watch through SHOP.COM from this merchant but never answer emails or WhatsApp chat, I was trying to contact the seller with emails since 08/07/2026, never answer, or WhatsApp messages. The only way they answered is leave a nasty comment in trust pilot, also sho.com and my credit card provider as well, that's the only way. After several days they said that will provide a full refund, but no customer services before of that, refund is better because I don't want to deal with this merchant anymore, eventually a fraudulent transaction, so far, no refunds in my credit card yet. After the refund I will review the transaction again

Product never arrived

CS was not great but everything went smoothly.

Everything is fine a part for delivery time! you have to be really patient with them.

They replaced a one year old battery which should not have needed replacing and my watch still doesn’t work
I sent a e mail a week ago asking if they could repair it properly but had no reply
I spent 50€ for nothing
