Wolds worst delivery service

If i could give less than none star I would.

I ordered an Apple Watch and apple picked UPS a the delivery service to deliver it.

On the day I’m supposed to get my package i get an email that say they are going to deliver it that same day at around 9 or 11 the problem is that I’m at work and I had no opportunity to be home so I create a profile so that I can change the delivery time, but after I have create the profile it than say I have to sign up for UPS my choice membership, and when I try to do that it keep saying that it will not register because it do not accept my address..
then I delete the profile to try at start over, but now when I have to confirm my email address the codes they send will not work.

And they have really poor customer service, that I can not get a hold off..

Extremely disappointed with UPS and…

Extremely disappointed with UPS and their hidden, extortionate fees
I shipped a package from the US to Sweden with a merchandise value of 505 SEK and shipping costs of 415 SEK. While I completely understand and accept paying the standard Swedish import VAT and EU custom fees (which should total around 285 SEK), UPS decided to charge me a staggering 603 SEK in total.
More than half of this bill consists of UPS's own hidden administrative and disbursement fees. Charging a 318 SEK brokerage fee on a 505 SEK item is completely disproportionate and feels like a total rip-off. They hold your package hostage until you pay their inflated internal fees.
If you are shipping low-value items internationally, avoid UPS at all costs unless you want to pay double the value of your item in hidden administrative surcharges. I will never use their services again.

worst possible customer service

If there was a competetion to deliver the worst possible customer service, UPS would be a winner. Mind bloggingly bad service and ability to slove problem when its clearly their fault. They must have put a lot of thinking into, to be able to be this bad

The worst of the worst.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t give less than 1 star. Never have I ever received anything on time. Always an issue. Their couriers don’t even try to reach you when it’s scheduled to be a home delivery, they drive the route and just say you weren’t home. Without following instructions or even try to deliver. Customer support could be a can of dog food and it would do the same impact to whatever issue you have. I’ve waited for packages so long, they’ve been sent back to the sender without any success to deliver despite the monitoring, communication and provided information for a successful delivery. I’m baffled how a delivery company of this caliber can still be in business and in use still. Provide a better logistics or be gone, stop wasting peoples time and patience.

UPS are absolutely terrible in Sweden (In my experience)

UPS are absolutely terrible in Sweden, especially in the North, DHL are much, much better, in my experience. I recently ordered a garage tent they lost 1 of 6 parcels, then lost the replacement, then lost the replacement to the replacement. Now it appears they have again lost another parcel. Their follow up and support is also terrible, expect emails just thanking you for your patience and telling you they are investigating.... TERRIBLE, (in my experience) be warned.

Still a 0% success rate with UPS…

Still a 0% success rate with UPS Sweden. Just this week, they missed two of two deliveries. For the first, the issue was that my name is missing from the intercom, even though the apartment number is present; for the second, I answered their SMS requesting intercom details, yet both attempts failed with the note that I was not home. I was present during both.

They delivered it to an Access Point 2 km from here. When I arrived, the clerk said the package is not there. I called UPS, they said they'll check it, 3 hours later I received an e-mail that the package is available at the Access Point... I don't believe it anymore :) I called customer support that I won't go the the access point again after both their driver and the access point attendant failed to do their job, and they said they can redeliver for a FEE! I said that's unacceptable, and either they deliver it for free, or I'll tell the seller the package is lost.

At this point, none of twelve deliveries have succeeded with UPS. Every other carrier achieves nearly 100%. Their customer support offers no help.

I will no longer buy from sellers who use UPS and will tell them why. Perhaps losing business will motivate UPS, since dozens of complaints seem ineffective.

UPS must try not to be good

UPS must try not to be good, this can't happen by accident or the delivery staff are just having everyday off. What a joke, from now on, I'll never by from a merchant using this pity excuse for a delivery company

Utterly incompetent

Utterly incompetent at the one thing they are supposed to do. Everything with UPS fails - from their notification system to their dysfunctional app to their incompetence actually following through and managing to physically deliver a parcel. The process is blind and confusing to the user. 2 out of every 3 packages had a major problem, even routine ones like a pair of shoes being delivered from a local store. Every package seeks to fall into a black hole requiring long phone calls and investigations. I live in Stockholm and for some reason they ship every package to Jarfalla, which is like 50km away and demand I show up there

Definitely chose another delivery company

The one thing they needed was a code for the entrance door.
The website and app are horrible.
After spending too much time on that I tried chatting with support. Only a useless AI bot taking you in circles.
Called customer support. Waited 35 min to even speak with someone. They tell me they no longer add your door code for free so she is gonna help me navigate the horrible website again.
After yet 15 min of us trying together and not succedeing due to their buggy website she asks me "so what is your code?" I tell her and done, in 20 seconds. How about doing that from the start next time or fixing that useless website and app to clearly specify that you need a door code and an actual way of adding that.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish. I do not understand how this company can even exist since everyone hates it. I do not get how companies even consider using them since the experience is always super poor and it reflects on the overall experience. Never even tries to deliver, always dumps it on a service point.

Absolutely useless delivery service

possibly the worst dilivery experience I have ever had. UPS has marked my package as "delivery attempted" TWICE, yet nobody has called me, nobody has knocked my door and there has been no actual attemt to contact me whatsoever.
I have been at home waiting for the parcel.
Their app is confusing, their delivery options are ridiculous, and even trying to add a simple instruction like " please call me when you arrive" turns into a completely mess.
How can a delivery company repeatedly claim they have attempted delivery when they apparently cannot manage the basic task of ringing a phone or knocking a door???
I still do not have my package, I have wasted time trying to sort this out, and the whole experience has been unbelievably frustrating.
If you have another shipping option, USE IT! I would avoid UPS whenever possible!!!

Never do a home delivery even if you pay for it and they lose packages

I wish some businesses would stop using this courier company as it is absolutely the worst one out there. Do you people ever do home deliveries?! I have NEVER gotten my order at home and unfortunately some companies don’t give me a choice of using a different courier. It automatically says that the receiver requested a change of address. Well, I am the receiver and I have never done such a thing. You should charge less if you’re not even bothered of delivering it. People order to their homes for a reason, sometimes they are unable to go and pick it up.
Additionally, another time I had ordered a phone that took weeks to arrive, then I was informed that I should go and pick it up (how novel), and when I went the package was never there, but in the system it was ”delivered in the pick up point”. I disputed it and after lots of pointless conversations with the customer service, I got a message saying that my package was lost and the courier had no responsibility. Whose responsibility was it to deliver it?
Thank god I got my money back from the phone company, but the lost package was never found…

They Damaged My Belongings

The price was good, but unfortunately my belongings were handled very poorly. My washing machine and tumble dryer, worth around £1,000, were damaged. When the delivery arrived, they were placed upside down in the vehicle.

My advice is not to ship anything fragile or anything that requires careful handling with this company.

Worst delivery company, stay away from those scammers

Worst delivery company. Waited at home for the package. The driver stopped outside, got it on security camera and then he drove off again. "Couldn't make the delivery" their site says now. Customare care really useless, they contacted the driver who said that he ringed the doorbell and nobody was at home, but is a lie I saw him drive away without even trying.AVOID UPS in Sweden.

The most irresponsible logistics.

They remain one of the most irresponsible company in Sweden, the company agents damaged your Items at will, while the attack trained dogs at the customer service find any stupid excuses not to pay you back due to well designed frustrating policies.

I am genuinely baffled by UPS

I am genuinely baffled by UPS. I cannot understand how so much incompetence, indifference, and bureaucratic nonsense can be concentrated into one company and somehow continue operating at this scale.

Dealing with UPS feels less like dealing with a professional logistics company and more like being trapped inside an experiment designed to determine just how much frustration a human being can tolerate before giving up.

The complete lack of accountability is astonishing. Every problem becomes somebody else’s problem. Every mistake generates another automated message, another excuse, another department, another delay, and another person who apparently has absolutely no authority to do anything about it.

At some point, the incompetence becomes so loud that you have to wonder whether anyone in management is actually paying attention.

And honestly, there is something almost beautifully dystopian about it. We live in a system where companies are obsessed with efficiency, optimization, profit, shareholder value, metrics, algorithms, and squeezing every last cent out of every transaction — yet somehow the basic concept of actually helping a customer gets lost somewhere between the warehouse and the call centre.

It reminds me of rats and vermin multiplying in the walls: you can clean one corner, spray one room, and pretend everything is under control, but the underlying infestation is still there. Except in this case the vermin are automated systems, pointless procedures, contradictory policies, and layers of people apparently empowered to do nothing.

And before someone says, “That’s just capitalism” — yes, precisely. This is what happens when an enormous corporation can become so focused on scale and efficiency that the human being on the other end of the transaction becomes nothing more than a tracking number.

The result is a company that can move millions of packages around the world while apparently being incapable of solving one f problem for one actual person.

UPS: please stop sending me automated apologies and start taking responsibility.

I don't want another scripted response. I don't want another tracking update. I don't want another employee telling me that “unfortunately there is nothing they can do.”

I want someone with actual authority to explain how this level of incompetence is considered acceptable — and why the customer is apparently expected to absorb the consequences of UPS's failures.

Absolutely f exhausting.
