I deposited $1,000 and made $845 profit on my first day, bringing my balance to $1,845. When I tried to withdraw, they accused me of “gambling,” refused to pay my profits, and blocked my account.
It feels like they don’t want profitable traders, only traders who lose their money.
Very disappointing experience. Be careful and think twice before trading with Ultima Markets!

My Experience with Ultima Markets
Dear Ultima Markets Team,
Thank you for your response.
I have reviewed the communications received from your company. However, my complaint remains unresolved.
My original deposit has already been returned, but the dispute concerns the deduction of USD 535.15 in trading profits and the cancellation of my USD 147 welcome bonus.
Your response states that my account is under review due to trading activity that may suggest a potential violation of your Terms and Conditions. However, I have not received sufficiently specific, independently verifiable evidence establishing that I engaged in the alleged cross-broker hedging activity.
I respectfully request that you address the following points:
1. Identify the specific trades that allegedly violated your Terms and Conditions, including their trade IDs and execution timestamps.
2. Explain the evidence supporting the allegation of hedging between accounts with different brokers.
3. Provide the contractual basis and a detailed calculation justifying the deduction of USD 535.15 in trading profits.
4. Explain separately why the USD 147 welcome bonus was cancelled.
My complaints have been registered with the Financial Commission (Reference #18291) and the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius (Reference 912).
I remain willing to review any specific evidence you provide. However, a general statement that my account is under review does not resolve the issues raised in my complaint.

Profit withheld on an accusation never supported by evidence
I opened an account on 28 July 2026 and deposited USD 1,000. I traded manually on gold and oil within my margin. On 29 July the broker itself issued a Daily Confirmation listing every order and a balance of USD 1,992.72, with a clause stating that it is deemed confirmed if not contested within 24 hours. Nobody contested it in that time.
On 30 July, after that window had closed, i received an email accusing me of "risk-free arbitrage" on the basis of a report from a liquidity provider that was never named. 69 minutes later, support confirmed in writing that my documents were verified and the account was cleared for continued use. Then i lost access to the portal, and the profit was removed.
Since then i have received several replies, from different people, repeating the same template. In all of them: no trade log, no timestamps, no ticket reference, no name of the liquidity provider, and never the amount supposedly deducted. Two internal "investigations" were declared closed in under two hours and about 17 hours. On 3 August support told me it had terminated assistance because there were no more funds in my account.
The deposit was refunded to my card, but the profit was not. I have filed complaints with the Financial Commission, with CONSOB in Italy and with the FSC Mauritius, with full documentation. The Financial Commission has not replied to me since 19 August 2026, despite five written follow-ups, and Ultima Markets is still listed there as an active member.
On 10 October the broker sent me a marketing email in Italian saying my account is "still here, safe and waiting". Judge for yourself.
I do not recommend opening an account, especially if you are tempted by a bonus. I can provide the documents to anyone interested.
UPDATE 27 October 2026: Ultima Markets has replied to this review saying that they "sent a detailed update regarding my account via email". I have received no email from them about my account or about this review, only marketing newsletters. I checked my inbox and spam folder.
The reply is also inconsistent with what they wrote to me. It thanks me for "reaching out" when i never contacted them, and it says my account is "under review" almost three months later, while on 3 August they told me in writing that support had been terminated because there were no more funds in the account.
As far as i can see, the same generic answer is posted under other negative reviews as well, which looks like a template rather than a real reply.
I invite Ultima Markets to publish here the email they say they sent, the trade log and the name of the liquidity provider. Otherwise i will keep sending the documents to the regulators where my complaints are on file.
