The bracelet I ordered looks great, but what impressed me even more was how it feels. The fit is spot on, it’s comfortable to wear, and you can tell it’s well made.

I also want to give a shout-out to the customer support team. When I ended up ordering a bigger size initially, they made the exchange process incredibly easy and were quick to respond throughout. It’s rare these days to find a company that’s this easy to deal with.

I have to start off by saying that the customer service and quick response times are second to known with this company. I had a few questions and needed assistance with my order and they responded immediately to my email. Once I received my necklace it was even nicer than I expected. I recommend this company to anybody looking for a quality necklace at an affordable price.

Had to rate it an four star only because the logistics got screwed up, contacted the company, Sam got back to me promptly and got thing back on track, after receiving product,I was very satisfied with this daily chain. Good Quality heavy duty chain! all I’m missing now is the pendant. I will order again soon.

Well I liked your chains and bracelets so I ordered one that was out of stock…….they updated me weekly and then they found that the delivery company screwed things up !!!
No chain the next morning they said they were refunding my order……. They did refund , their customer service is really amazing well a week later to my complete surprise my chain was delivered!!!! The moral of this is they didn’t have to it wasn’t there mistake but they stood tall and made there customer very happy!!!’
