I bought a couple of smaller rugs
I bought a couple of smaller rugs. They were all beautiful and well made etc. I ended up only keeping 1 based on color. I love my rug. Returns of the ones I didn’t keep was super easy.

Really amazing service
Really amazing service. The rug was gorgeous and great quality, but didnt work with our color palate, and they were so easy to work with to return. I will definitely use them again to find another rug.

They arrived prior to the estimated delivery date at the time of purchase. I highly recommend the company and will definitely keep them in mind for my future rug needs.

Their disclosure of the important information with respect to their rugs is the best of all the vendors in the US market. Moreover, their prices are reasonable but most importantly they are 100% trustworthy and professional.

Everything went well
Everything went well. I was given a discount at check out. The rug was sent from Germany which confused me a bit but it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. All in all a hassle free purchase!

Beautiful signed Nain rug
The day I found UniqRugs was a blessed day indeed!! The picture of the rug I purchased was beautiful but when it got here, it wasn’t just beautiful. It was breathtaking. I couldn’t be happier!
The selection of rugs they have is beyond anything I’ve ever seen. The quality exceeds all of my hopes. Don’t hesitate to purchase…these people are the real deal!
The shipment was quick with great delivery service. The rug was packaged beautifully with not a crease or fold in it. Out of the box it laid perfectly flat on the floor.
The customer service was fabulous! They emailed me every step of the way and stayed in touch with me through delivery

3 good experiences with Uniq
I have purchased several rugs from Uniq. They are all beautiful and match description. Great communication from this seller - they have sent addl information when requested. My latest rug was lost in transit (DHL) and Uniq applied the pressure needed for them to find it. Highly recommended.
