Very intelligent person, creates a good connection to teenies, makes even complicated subjects such as physics tangible for pupils! We would definitely book Siyabend again!

The teachers are really nice and take their time to really explain and answer the questions you have.

I like the flexibility, the possibility to adjust subject/topics based on my daughter's immediate real needs.

Do not choose the Flex tariff. There is nothing flexible about it.

I was locked into a 24-month structure and when I cancelled after more than 10 months, I was hit with a lump-sum charge of over €800. This happened despite the website clearly advertising “flexible cancellation after 6 months / 5 months”.

What they don’t make clear at checkout is this:
If you cancel before 24 months, you’re required to pay back the “difference” for all benefits and discounts you received, in one large payment. Meaning the longer you stay - the bigger is the penalty. This amount increases the longer you stay, which completely contradicts the idea of flexibility.

Critically:
• This difference payment is not clearly shown or calculated at checkout
• Only the monthly price is displayed
• The real financial risk is buried in terms & conditions instead of being transparently shown before purchase

After raising this, the company’s response was essentially: “It’s written in the T&Cs.”
That’s not acceptable under German consumer law when it comes to price transparency.

The dispute is still ongoing, but I’m leaving this review to warn other students and parents:
If you choose the Flex tariff, be aware that cancelling can result in a very large, unexpected final charge.

Proceed with extreme caution.

Tutorspace tried to take my review down. ALSO, I went through some of their 5 star retired on Google, not siding but they appear to be fake and the wording across are the same from profiles that have only 1 tenure ever and that’s for tutorspace

There are lots of ways to interact with the teacher and all that. It is usually fun to like get on because the teacher can either ask you what you wanna do or choose some subject you are gonna be working on and it is quite cool actually. Annika U. is a good teacher.

Taha is a great teacher, he explains everything and gives excersises. He is informed about topics and speaks good german/english.

My first experience with TutorSpace and my tutor was great. We clicked right away, and the lesson was fun and went by way too quickly. I can highly recommend this way of learning to everyone!

Good platform to learn language. Would be even better if I as a student could share my screen but in general all good.
My Tutor Julian S. is very good. Since I am studying German, he almost never speaks English. Even words I do not understand, he expalain in German. Just sometimes, when I really do not understand the meaning he gives English translation. I am satisfied with my Tutor Julian, I can recommend him 100%.

Great team, great communication. Teachers always ready to help. My daughter struggles a lot with German language and the teacher give her a lot of tips. Great teachers . Definitely recommend them!

TutorSpace is fantastic and has been a great help with my daughters schooling they are way more confident with learning German and there tutor Inés is great.

From my personal experience I can say that this is the only platform which give right guidance to the parents. They have patience to hear out the parents and find best tutors for their kids and adapt teaching style as per the individual kid. And yes, transparency is their core value!! Really happy to have found Tutorspace platform!!!
