I’m very satisfied with the support I received from Alveena for Physics IB.
She always takes the time to explain concepts clearly. Her guidance has helped me improve my understanding and fill some gaps reaching the maximum score in my final exam.

My son received tuition for Chemistry A level. The level of support given was fantastic, improving both his performance and enjoyment in the subject.
Miss Platt was wonderful at understanding the gaps in his knowledge and also helped him to understand what the specific examination board requirements were. She helped him to improve his study and revision technique, which he carried over to his other subjects, to achieve great results all around. I highly recommend!

The teaching and resources that you are given are amazing!! My brother and I have both used it for Chemistry, Maths and Economics and it helped us immensely to learn and achieve the grades we want. They tailor the teaching style to what suits you and it genuinely was a great resource.

I started IB physics tutoring from Y12-13, and ended up with a 7 on results day. The tutoring help was instrumental in helping me out, and a stood out compared to other tutoring services for some reasons:

1. Finding resources is very difficult, the tutors direct students to appropriate study resources and have plenty of exam style questions for lessons.

2. Tutoring lessons are very hands on, teaching students how to approach a question and solve it. This was especially crucial for a technical subject like physics where every exam can be different and questions test for critical thinking instead of memorisation.

3. The tutors prioritise the students, really making the experience very easy. Even during very busy periods, the tutors always find a time slot for a lesson. Additionally a perfect amount of work is set between lessons to maximise lesson time.

Overall I would highly recommend the tutoring service, especially for any physics students.

We used Tutors Inc for a few months as some last minute support to fill in some gaps for particular GCSE subjects. Special shout out to Geraldine, who was amazing with Chemistry and Biology. Seo and Alveena were really helpful in finding tutors who fit well with our child's personality and needs, and he had great results.

Alveena and the other tutors know how to make the journey fun for me, especially during my IBDP. Encouraging questions and making discussions more fun, I'd say you would grow to love the subject in each tutor session.
